5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The Golden Gossip Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of jewellery, returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any issue must be reported within one day of delivery, accompanied by clear photos/videos.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

7. CARE & USAGE DISCLAIMER

  • Jewellery requires proper care. Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or improper storage is not covered under returns or refunds.
  • Plated and fashion jewellery may fade over time depending on usage and care.
