At The Golden Gossip Store, we strive to deliver premium-quality jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Damage / Defect Claims

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below strictly to be eligible for a replacement:

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim
  • The video must start before opening the parcel cover and should clearly show the unboxing process.
  • Videos recorded after opening the parcel cover will not be accepted.
  • Any edits or cuts in the video will be rejected.
  • If there is any defect or damage, it must be clearly shown in the video.
  • Any damage or defect issues must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Once approved, the product must be returned within 2 working days of raising the claim.
  • The original price tag must remain intact. Products with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted for return or replacement. 
  • We don't offer a pick-up service for returns. The customer has to courier the product back.

Please note: We currently offer replacement only for eligible damage/defect claims. Refunds are not applicable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in processing or dispatched.
  • We kindly request that customers review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

No Response / Undelivered Returns

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to no response from the customer, incorrect address, or incorrect contact details, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
  • In such cases, order cancellation or refunds will not be entertained.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject return/replacement requests after verification.
  • All claims are subject to internal quality checks and video verification.
